Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstances.
Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Check-in: From 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out: Between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Key Collection & Property Access
Personal Welcome: The host will greet you in person upon arrival.
Traveler Registration: All guests will be asked to complete the legally required Traveler Entry Forms, so please have your identity documents or passports ready at check-in.
Local Guide: You will receive a curated “Foodie Tour” guide featuring 50 non-touristy spots loved by locals—ideal for discovering the authentic culinary side of Málaga.
Arrival Coordination: The host will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate your check-in. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance

The residential area offers free on-street parking for your stay.
All properties feature a fully equipped kitchen for guest use.
For your safety, the property includes a first-aid kit, fire alarm, and fire extinguishers.
Each unit is equipped with a modern Smart TV with Netflix included.
Iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided.
Towels and bed linens are included in your stay.
Occupancy Limits
To ensure guest comfort and comply with legal and safety regulations, each property has a strict maximum occupancy:
- Luxury Apartment El Rocío: Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 3 guests.
- Villa El Rocío: Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 guests.
Exceeding the stated occupancy limits is strictly prohibited under any circumstances and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
